Grateful for the Journey: Leaving nSure.ai to Pursue New Challenges

I am very pleased to announce that after a fascinating decade as a founding entrepreneur and leader of one of the world’s most advanced payment fraud prevention solutions, as part of nSure.ai, I have decided to move on to the next challenge in my professional journey.

As an entrepreneur and technological leader, I have always kept in mind the complex and significant challenges our industry faces, especially in an era where computing technologies are evolving at an accelerated pace. The challenges posed by GenAI are emerging and disrupting traditional approaches, even those of advanced AI, presenting new challenges we hadn't fully grasped in the past.

Over the years, together with an amazing team at nSure.ai, I have led the development of the most precise and intelligent solutions capable of tackling the most dangerous and complex fraud in an entirely automated and accurate manner. I have worked to protect merchants selling digital gift cards, cryptocurrencies, game codes, and other monetization platforms within the fields of Money/Value Movement and Fintechs.

My vision has always been and remains – to enable my clients to run their businesses with full confidence, focusing on their growth drivers, and not on fraud or the risks associated with it. This vision has not only come to life, but it has also turned into measurable, real value for our clients and, by extension, for our shareholders.

In recent years, I have seen how our precise fraud prevention solutions are improving efficiency across the industries in which we operate. Their impact is also evident in the significant reduction of insult rates and the improvement of user experience, which helps our clients grow faster and more securely.

However, we cannot ignore the fact that the world is changing very rapidly. Threats are becoming more sophisticated and powerful. Along with the rapid development of new technologies, humans have become the weak link, and fraudsters are leveraging machines to make the threats more effective and dangerous. Tackling these challenges requires not only innovative technologies but also broad cooperation across the industry – smart regulation, information sharing between payment networks, banks, and merchants, and continuous investment in breakthrough technologies.

At nSure.ai, we took a big step forward, we introduced the world to our AdaptiveAI approach, allowing our models to learn and respond to changes instantly, providing the most accurate and intelligent solution available today. We developed technology that never stop – and its impact is felt across the entire industry.

But we, the visionaries of the world, cannot stop here. Fraudsters never rest, and I believe the future will bring new challenges that will require us to constantly reinvent ourselves and stay ahead. The threats are already here, and some of them we are still not fully recognizing.

On this note, I want to take a moment to wish Noam Malter great success in his appointment as the CTO of nSure.ai. I have worked with Noam for 15 years, and I am incredibly proud that the board and leadership of the company have chosen my technical partner on this journey as my successor. This is a vote of confidence in the path and approach we have taken together, and for me, there could be no better outcome after the many years I’ve worked alongside Noam. Noam is a true technologist, smart, humble, and a real powerhouse of dedication. A true engine of knowledge and professionalism, from the highest caliber, that any company or leader would want by their side.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my partner and the CEO of nSure.ai, Alex Zeltcer, for the mutual journey we’ve shared over the past 8 years, back from Zeek, through the inception of nSure.ai and until today. Your leadership, commitment to execution, and uncompromising focus on results are what have made nSure.ai what it is today. I truly believe that together with you and the new leadership team, the promise of nSure.ai will continue to expand beyond any foreseeable limits.

Personally, I remain committed nSure.ai’s success, to the fraud prevention industry and the fight against fraud in general. I believe we can only face the current and future threats if we act in a coordinated and focused manner, developing solutions that will allow us to tackle the evolving challenges ahead.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the clients, partners, and investors of nSure.ai. Special thanks to all past and present employees of nSure.ai, for the incredible journey we’ve shared. I’m always here for you, for any questions or assistance I can provide.

And so, this is also a call to my future partners on my next journey: let’s make a difference in our world. A good one.
